Abundance:
The lavish, lush and profuse examples in nature
are reminders of the possibilities in our lives.
Not meant only in the context of our finances,
additionally includes: Wisdom, Health, Relationships,
Personal Growth, and Spirituality. A reflection
of our well-being; the opposite of scarcity.
Co-creator:
We manifest the abundance in our lives along
side God, the Christ within us, Source, the
Universe, I Am, All In All – whatever
your belief system advocates. Holographically,
we are in the universe and
the universe is in us.
Committee
Member Technique
Our emotions
form a pattern that is unique to us. This emotional
“DNA” often manifests itself as
patterns. These patterns quite often have separate
parts or voices that can be viewed as a committee.
When each committee member’s voice is
recognized, given expression, loved, and appreciated
the grip of the committee member’s hold
is loosened. The bottom-line is this: the committee
member technique disrupts the pattern of un-resourceful
behavior
Note: these patterns, for instance might be
creating a rut in our life concerning our career.
This same pattern invariably show-up in other
areas of one’s life, perhaps relationships,
health, personal growth, etc.
Hypnosis:
A normal, relaxed state of mind used in hypnotherapy
for introductions of suggestions directly to
the unconscious mind.
Hypnosis
(facts): Hypnosis
is the ultimate example of your control because
you are creating YOUR future, your outcomes,
your heart’s desires; no one can “make”
you do anything – you won’t go out
and rob a bank if you were told to do so (unless
you are already a bank robber!); you are fully
awake at all times and can hear the sound of
the hypnotherapist’s voice.
|
Hypnosis
(myths): You
are not in control or are being controlled;
you are gullible; you are asleep; you have to
be weak-mined.
Hypnotherapy:
The therapeutic use of hypnosis in achieving
a client’s goals, including, but not limited
to: elimination of chronic pain, weight loss,
becoming a non-smoker, stress alleviation, changing
your results in your life to increase your abundance.
NLP
(Neuro-Linguistic Programming):
The science of language (linguistics), how language
is encoded in our brains (neuro), and the study
of behavior (programming).
Self-Care
You taking care
of you is of paramount importance. Far from
selfishness, self-care is just that: the establishment
of boundaries and the focus of our own importance.
I have to take care of me or I’ll be unable
to take of others. The result of self care is
an inner and outward expression of confidence
and respect for you, by you.
Self
Maintenance
At
Empowered Success, reclaiming your life, your
magnificence is not just about the therapy.
Additionally, we provide the tools and techniques
that will energize your daily experiences of
life. Self maintenance definitely involves staying
connected with who you are and what you want.
The
Start: This
is the beginning, a preface to your Personal
Breakthrough Session. An introduction to relaxation
is taught – you take this experience home
with you and continue the process for life!
The technique of “Your Theater”
is taught and you now have resources to confront
worry and anxiety forevermore. Typically a three-hour
session, face-to-face.
Your
Theater: A powerful
representation of us in “our story,”
the ego (doubter, critic, judge, analyzer, skeptic,
etc.), along with our “real” 100%
Self (found within and deeper than ego). The
theater technique allows us to accept our ego
without being stuck there as are many people.
This method is taught during the “Start”
module of therapy.
